“The chair is the limited range of adjustment for the armrests. Height adjustment is possible,  may not be enough for some people. There is no adjustment inward/outward.” “Arms are hard plastic and not comfortable.”

“I regret not getting the mesh chair because the upholstery is very hot!”

“I am short, so I need a chair that isn't too high off the floor. I also tried to pick arm rests that were closer together. Although the Lewis chair was the best option for me, it's still a bit high off the floor, and the arm rests are still too far apart.”

“Installing the wheels/casters on this chair was very difficult” “The assembly instructions were sandwiched and bolted in between the seat pan plastic and cushion, and I tried pulling them out only to rip the paper in half.”  “I added vaseline to the caster would make it fit into the socket better.”

“It's sturdy enough but feels a little "rickety" sitting on the edge or off-center.

“It seems to be a pretty solid chair. You can also use it without the arms by not attaching the arms when you get it.”
