"The arm rests are a real help. The lumber support is not very good. It can be raised and lowered but the only useful location is all the way down and it offers very little support. I remedied this by stuffing a towel in the back behind the seatback and in front of the brace. Also, there were no instructions for use and the controls are what I would call non-standard and not labeled as to their function."
